**Who are we?**

HTB Group is made up of four charitable organisations: HTB Church, Alpha International, the Revitalise Trust and St Paul’s Theological Centre, with a Professional Services function that provides expertise and support to all four charities.

Our Vision is to play our part in the evangelisation of the nations, the revitalisation of the church and the transformation of society. Our organisational Mindsets - Always Growing, One Team, On a Mission - underpin all that we do. We aspire to be a truly multi-cultural, multi-ethnic and multi-racial organisation with a staff team that reflects society today. As a Christian organisation, our faith is an integral part of our working culture, presenting many opportunities to live out and grow our faith within our work context.
