State of the Heart Recovery is a mission-driven addiction recovery and behavioral health organization dedicated to rebuilding lives through compassion, structure, and purpose. We provide a full continuum of care from detox and residential treatment to outpatient therapy, vocational programs, and community reintegration to reach our goal of helping individuals achieve long-term recovery and renewed independence.
