We aim to cultivate a nourishing environment by building a community of Speech-Language Pathologists who feel valued and have the freedom to practice their craft within our sanctuary model which values lifelong learning, clinical development, work life balance & upward mobility. Through the implementation of our sanctuary model, we are promoting connection and joy amongst our therapists and their clients in an industry otherwise fraught with burnout.
