Unique Training Solutions (UTS), are a national specialist provider of workforce development, leadership training, apprenticeships, and consultancy services across the Health, Housing, and Social Care sectors.

Since 2003, UTS we have supported a wide range of organisations including NHS Trusts, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Local Authorities, private healthcare providers, social care organisations, supported living services, and housing associations. Our reputation has been built on delivering high-quality, practical, and outcome-focused training solutions that strengthen workforce capability, leadership confidence, compliance, and quality of care.

We are proud to hold Skills for Care Centre of Excellence status and are recognised Oliver McGowan Lead Trainers, delivering the full suite of Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training programmes, including Tier 1 webinars, Tier 2 face-to-face delivery, and Train the Trainer programmes. Our training is co-delivered alongside Experts with Lived Experience to ensure authentic, engaging, and impactful learning experiences.

Our extensive national team includes highly experienced trainers, consultants, assessors, clinical specialists, leadership experts, and Experts with Lived Experience, enabling us to deliver scalable workforce solutions tailored to organisational needs.
