Founded in 2019, Tecsa is a fast-growing start-up delivering loyalty strategy consulting and software for major companies around the world. Our management team have helped to build and grow some of the world’s leading loyalty and analytics businesses, including Nectar, Airmiles and Flybuys.

At Tecsa we are building a new generation of loyalty and customer data science, modernising both customer experience (through capabilities including super apps, digital wallets, and AI-powered personalisation) and the usage of data (through ad-hoc analytics consulting, as well as our retail analytics platform).

Our first programme to launch was the award-winning “yuu rewards” for Dairy Farm International in Hong Kong, and we’re now working with companies across five continents, helping them to use data to better understand and serve their customers.
