David Management Group is a fast-paced, rapidly growing business that launched its first restaurant, David's Hot Pot, in Melbourne's CBD in 2017. Despite the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, we have expanded to 11 stores in Melbourne, 1 in Brisbane, and are continuing to grow. We have recently launched a new Asian fusion brand, Chef David, offering Szechuan food in experimental fine dining environments.
