SV Academy hires Sales Development Representatives and places them as full-time employees with one of our partner companies. We provide free sales training, a 90-day paid Residency at $2,500/month plus full commission, and a guaranteed pathway to a full-time tech sales role at a partner company on day 100. Since 2017, we've placed more than 6,000 people into full-time tech sales careers and worked with over 400 employer partners. Our partners pay us out of their existing hiring budget — candidates pay nothing.
