NGT Academy was founded by Air Force veterans who thought training should work the way military training does: teach real skills, fast, and put people to work. No four-year detour, no debt for a degree employers don't recognize.

We train people with no technical background into IT and cybersecurity roles in about 20 weeks. The 800+ five-star Trustpilot reviews come from graduates who made that switch, most of them veterans, career changers, and parents who needed the change to hold.

We're remote-first, 51 people, backed by Y Combinator. The goal is one million people placed in tech careers by 2030, and everyone here works on some part of it.
