**Vertex LLC** is a NYC-based behavioral health organization providing comprehensive, person-centered outpatient services for individuals and families impacted by substance use and mental health challenges. The agency operates **three locations in NYC** and is licensed by both **OASAS** (Office of Addiction Services and Supports) for Substance Use Disorder treatment and **OMH** (Office of Mental Health) for outpatient mental health services.

Vertex offers a full continuum of care, including diagnostic evaluations, individual and group counseling, psychiatric assessments, medication management, anger management, domestic violence education, parenting services, relapse prevention, and specialized programming for justice-involved individuals. The OMH program provides outpatient mental health services such as psychotherapy, psychiatric evaluation, crisis intervention, and care coordination for individuals experiencing emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric concerns.

Rooted in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based practices, Vertex is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment that promotes recovery, stability, and community reintegration. Services are tailored to meet the unique needs of adults, adolescents, families, and diverse populations, including those involved with ACS, DOCCS, Family Court, and Probation.
