About the Role
As Content Lead, you will own our content production engine overseeing the creation, optimization, and organization of all digital content across our full funnel.
This is a high-impact leadership role that combines content execution, strategic oversight, and team management. You’ll manage a team of 7+ creative freelancers alongside in-house teammates, ensuring that every asset produced is on-brand, data-driven, and built to perform.
You will be a connective tissue between the marketing team, balancing creative storytelling with performance-driven content.

📋 Creative Direction & Strategy: Define the content roadmap ensuring assets align with business objectives, audience insights, and performance data.

🎬 Own the Creative Machine: Manage our Creative Sprints to produce 250+ paid social assets monthly, ensuring efficiency and quality.
📋 Own and Refine Briefs: Ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders. Write clear, actionable creative briefs in collaboration with marketing and performance teams.
🎥 Manage Video & Photo Shoots: Own the end-to-end production of video content—booking studios, hiring talent, managing crews, and ensuring smooth execution.

We have a frontend app built with React, but the product is very backend heavy: it’s deployed on Google Cloud Platform using Cloud Functions, Firestore, Cloud Storage and PubSub. We use Bigquery as our data warehouse, Looker to visualise it, and Sentry and Google Cloud Logging for monitoring. We use Github Actions for CI/CD.

Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams manage our entire self-serve motion, identifying opportunities and booking meetings for Sales.
Your role in sales focuses on engaging with accounts large enough to require a human touch—helping them understand the value of a broader solution for their company and managing the process to close.
You’ll have access to over 4,000 current customers to connect with, alongside inbound meetings from these users. When your calendar isn’t full you’ll reach out to these companies and others we believe are worth focusing on.
Success comes from making every minute count—whether delivering high-quality meetings, making calls, or responding to customers—while consistently hitting your daily and weekly activity targets.

This role is based in London HQ or remote on the East Coast. As a fast-growing company, we value working together in person, so please apply if you’re in New York or London or are willing to relocate.

We’re very intentional about adding new people. We think a small team of exceptional people working hard at a problem they care about will always beat a larger, more unfocused team. That means you’ll need to bring an intensity to this role that might not be asked at other companies. But it also means you will be fast tracked into more senior roles and responsibilities far earlier.
We also believe in hiring people who want ownership and autonomy in their work, and giving it to them. We hire product engineers, not product managers. What that means is instead of just being given tickets to implement, you’ll be owning a whole product: shaping the roadmap by thinking from first principles, looking at usage data and speaking to customers, then architecting and implementing your ideas.
Broadly, we use a fairly typical serverless Typescript stack. It’s not a requirement to have worked with every tool in this stack, but the more the better!
