The Head of Partnerships will define and lead Oner Active’s approach to building meaningful, long-term relationships with influencers, athletes, and content creators who authentically embody our brand values. This role will be instrumental in driving growth by shaping a best-in-class ambassador program, managing strategic collaborations, and expanding into new channels and platforms. As the architect of our influencer and sponsorship strategy, you will balance creativity and performance, identifying opportunities to amplify brand awareness, engage new audiences, and drive measurable sales and new customer growth. Collaborating closely with the founder and other key stakeholders, you will shape how Oner Active works with talent, identifying innovative ways to scale our program, refine our approach, and lead our expansion into emerging communities and platforms.
You will be responsible and accountable for;
Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer and athlete partnership strategy aligned with business goals for revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Identify high-impact talent across a spectrum of tiers, from micro-influencers to marquee athlete ambassadors, ensuring alignment with the brand’s values and target audience.
Lead strategic discussions on talent selection, partnership models, and program scalability, working closely with the founder and leadership team.
Track up-and-coming talent in emerging areas related to strength training (e.g. Hyrox, functional fitness), identifying opportunities to engage with these individuals early in their journey, and develop strategy for emerging talent and fitness niches that aligns with the overall business strategy, positioning the brand as a champion of innovation and authenticity within the fitness community.
Drive the brand's presence on new platforms including TikTok, by identifying and partnering with platform-specific creators who can expand reach and engagement.
Partnership Management:
Oversee all influencer collaborations, from gifted product campaigns to one-off sponsorships and long-term ambassador relationships.
Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier talent, negotiating contracts and agreements that ensure mutual value and commitment.
Create structured compensation models, including gifting strategies, sponsored content agreements, and retainer-based ambassador programs.
Serve as the main point of contact for talent, ensuring clear communication, seamless collaboration, and a consistent brand message.
Program Growth and Optimisation:
Scale the partnership program by identifying and onboarding new talent with significant growth potential and audience alignment.
Regularly analyse campaign performance to optimise strategies for cost-effectiveness and ROI, leveraging data to make informed decisions.
Expand the brand’s reach into new markets, demographics, and communities through innovative partnership approaches.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop impactful assets that amplify influencer and ambassador campaigns.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Build and manage a high-performing team to support influencer and partnership marketing efforts, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, creative, and performance marketing) to integrate partnerships into broader brand initiatives.
Act as a thought leader, staying ahead of trends in influencer marketing, platform developments, and consumer behaviours.
Performance Analysis:
Define and track KPIs for influencer and partnership marketing, focusing on metrics such as revenue contribution, customer acquisition, engagement, and ROI.
Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to the leadership team, driving data-driven decisions and investments.
You'll need to have:
8-10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or sponsorships, preferably in the direct-to-consumer or activewear/lifestyle space.
Proven success in developing and scaling influencer programs with a focus on revenue growth and ROI.
Extensive experience working directly with talent, including negotiating contracts and agreements, setting clear expectations for deliverables, and ensuring partnerships are executed effectively to maximize impact for the brand.
Deep understanding of the influencer landscape, including emerging trends, platform dynamics, and negotiation best practices.
Experience working with both micro-influencers and marquee talent, with a strong network of industry contacts.
Track record of success expanding programs onto new platforms, particularly TikTok.

About You The Director of Brand Marketing will be the visionary leader shaping and driving the future of Oner Active’s brand. About You The Customer Acquisition & Growth Director will lead and shape the strategic direction of all new customer acquisition and paid digital marketing efforts, driving measurable growth for Oner Active. This senior leader will oversee all paid digital media, affiliate marketing, and partnerships, including influencer sponsorships and athlete ambassador programs. As a key member of the leadership team, the Growth Director will collaborate across functions to ensure marketing initiatives align with brand objectives, deliver on performance metrics, and fuel sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development and Execution:
Develop and execute a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy across all performance marketing channels, including paid social (e.g., Meta), paid search, affiliate networks, and partnerships.
Own the new customer acquisition funnel, optimizing for cost-effectiveness and scalability.
Determine resource allocation model for performance marketing delivery, including assessing the optimal balance between in-house capabilities and external partnerships
Identify and evaluate emerging marketing trends and technologies to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
Channel Management:
Paid Digital Media: Oversee strategy and performance for paid social, paid search, and programmatic campaigns.
Develop a clear programme of content testing and innovation in creative in partnership with external partners, optimising for best-in-class acquisition and revenue performance whilst staying true to brand values.
Affiliate Marketing: Manage affiliate partnerships with publishers, bloggers, and networks to extend reach and acquire new customers. Create and refine a tailored compensation and incentive structure for affiliates to maximize performance and maintain engagement.
Leverage data to monitor affiliate performance, identifying opportunities for growth through additional investment in high-performing partners or by onboarding new affiliates
Partnerships & Sponsorships: Develop and manage the brand’s influencer marketing strategy, including identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with influencers, athlete ambassadors, and content creators who align with the brand’s mission and target audience.
Establish clear goals and KPIs for partnerships, balancing brand visibility, engagement, and new customer acquisition, while ensuring measurable ROI on sponsorship initiatives.
Stay at the forefront of industry trends and competitor strategies to identify innovative opportunities for collaborations and partnerships.
Team Leadership:
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing acquisition marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Focus on the professional growth and skills development of team members, providing regular feedback, coaching, and tailored development plans to help them achieve their full potential.

Partner with analytics teams to implement advanced tracking, attribution, and testing methodologies, ensuring a clear understanding of channel effectiveness and customer behaviours.
Budget Management:
Own the customer acquisition budget, ensuring efficient allocation across channels and initiatives.
Continuously evaluate the cost-effectiveness of marketing investments, rebalancing budgets as needed to capitalise on high-performing initiatives or emerging opportunities.
Maintain rigorous financial discipline, ensuring campaigns deliver on performance metrics while staying within budgetary constraints.
Collaborate with the finance team to forecast acquisition spending and align marketing investments with broader company financial goals.
Proactively communicate budget performance, risks, and opportunities to the leadership team, ensuring transparency and alignment on financial priorities.
You'll need to have:
12+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong preference for experience in a high-growth direct to consumer brand.
Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition efforts for a high-growth brand.
Deep expertise in paid social, paid search, affiliate marketing, and influencer/partnership marketing.
Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset; experience using data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Experience in activewear, beauty, or similar lifestyle brands is a plus.

Creating Techpacks, CAD design allowing excellent first protos from sourcing partners
Playing a critical role in trend forecasting, identifying Accessory opportunities within the lifestyle and activewear market to position Oner Active as a leader in everyday athleisure.
Discovering and developing Oner Active's unique point of view within the lifestyle space, setting the brand apart in key markets (UK, US, especially London and LA)
Fostering creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the team to deliver high-quality, trend-driven products
Collaborating with Krissy Cela, Product Manager, and the Buying and Merchandising teams to design and launch trend-forward products that reflect the evolving needs of our customers
Maintaining strong relationships with supply chain partners in the Far East and Turkey, ensuring that our creative vision is executed flawlessly in production
Leading market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of emerging trends, ensuring that our accessories consistently meets the desires of our target audience
Partnering closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure that the product storytelling is cohesive and resonates with our customer base

You'll need to have:
A minimum 3 years’ experience in an accessories design role within a relevant lifestyle, activewear, or fashion brand.
High proficiency in Illustrator & Photoshop.
Fully competency in CAD design and technical drawing is essential.
Good knowledge of technical processes and experience of working closely with Far East suppliers.
Strong awareness of multi product packaging design.
Strong awareness of print and graphic design.
Expertise in trend forecasting and market analysis, with a proven ability to translate insights into innovative product designs
A deep understanding of the lifestyle, activewear market, with a creative vision to develop products that set trends rather than follow them
Experience working with supply chains in the Far East ensuring product designs are executed to the highest standards
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to recognize opportunities in the UK and US markets and leverage them creatively
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and inspire innovation
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
The ability to work under pressure and able to prioritise and manage deadlines.
