Troubleshoot basic technical issues across software, integrations, and infrastructure
Interface with customers in a professional and positive manner to ensure excellent customer experiences
Escalate unresolved or complex tickets to Tier 2 or appropriate teams efficiently
Assist in identifying trends in reported issues and communicate potential bugs or enhancements
Document steps, findings, and resolutions for all cases to build accurate records
Maintain detailed case logs in the support system, ensuring clear handoff notes for follow-ups
Act as a technical resource for Sales Engineers by providing product knowledge and troubleshooting assistance
Contribute to the Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) program by creating and maintaining accurate, user-friendly knowledge-base articles
Regularly review and improve knowledge content to reflect product updates and evolving customer needs
Collaborate with your manager to define measurable goals aligned with team and company objectives to create Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
Update internal knowledge-base articles with basic solutions and FAQs
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently and improve processes
Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for critical issues
Be flexible with shifts as required to support global operations or peak demand periods

POSITION SUMMARY
The Product Support Engineer, Tier 2 is the primary technical resource for internal, customer, reseller, and partner support. The selected candidate is responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues that are either directly or indirectly related to the product. Thus, the support engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. The support engineer must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle. This position reports to the Product Support Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshoot complex technical issues across software, integrations, and infrastructure
Interface with customers in a professional manner and with a positive attitude
Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 3 support as well as other teams to resolve escalated tickets efficiently
Assist in identifying trends in reported issues and communicate potential bugs or enhancements
Recreate customer-reported issues in test environments to diagnose root causes accurately
Thoroughly document steps, findings, and resolutions to build a robust record of case histories
Maintain detailed case logs in the support system, ensuring clear handoff notes for follow-ups
Create and update internal training materials and guides to enhance team knowledge and efficiency
Act as a technical resource for Sales Engineers by providing in-depth product knowledge and troubleshooting assistance
Contribute to the Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) program by creating and maintaining accurate, user-friendly knowledge-base articles
Regularly review and improve knowledge content to reflect product updates and evolving customer needs
Collaborate with your manager to define measurable goals aligned with team and company objectives to create Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
Track progress, report on outcomes, and proactively adjust strategies to meet OKRs
Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for critical issues
Be flexible with shifts as required to support global operations or peak demand periods

Collaborate with analytics teams to track content performance across the customer journey, using data to inform strategy adjustments and report on key business metrics.

Vasion is looking for individuals who want to start or continue a career in technology sales as a Business Development Representative (BDR). We are committed to developing sales professionals and have a strong promote from within culture. Our BDR program is designed to develop individuals for Account Executive and other sales roles. Vasion offers a flexible working environment for our 300+ employees worldwide, including at our global headquarters in St. George, Utah, or in one of our other offices in the UK, Germany, and Lehi, Utah.
This role is not remote and will be based in our St. George, Utah or Lehi, Utah office.
The highest performing BDRs at Vasion are self-motivated, energized by outbound sales and cold calling, have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, have an aptitude for sales, are continuous learners, and have a competitive attitude. As a BDR, you will prospect into targeted accounts to qualify and convert leads into sales opportunities. Leads are generated from cold call lists on accounts that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). BDRs will contact leads with the goal of qualifying and creating sales opportunities for Account Executives (AE) they are aligned with.
Primary Responsibilities
Work closely with management and peers to complete an intense 30-60-90 day training process
Develop knowledge of company products and solutions while learning industry trends through ongoing product and industry training
Collaboratively work with team members to develop an overall territory account plan that maximizes prospecting opportunities and generates sales activity
Serve as the first point of contact for leads and qualify for demos
Prospect into target accounts and import leads into an outbound workflow
Make daily outbound calls/emails to Sales Accepted Leads (SAL) and follow up on assigned tasks
Utilize LinkedIn to prospect and build a network of our target audience and make regular posts about the Vasion product
Achieve or exceed challenging and changing monthly demo quotas and daily activity targets
Deliver compelling value propositions that resonate with prospective customers
Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activities and maintain accurate customer records
Perform other related duties as assigned

Follow-up and support potential customers as needed for closure
Maintain accurate sales forecast, verbal and written articulation of weekly, monthly and quarterly pipeline forecast
Work with channel partner counterparts to develop new opportunities
Manage and build the business opportunities in the territory with a hunter mentality
