As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your role is to identify, qualify, and generate leads to build a strong pipeline for our Business Development Managers (BDMs). You’ll be engaging with main contractors in the construction industry through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound lead follow-ups.
This is a 100% new business-focused role, requiring resilience, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to book discovery calls and arrange demos, which will be handled by a BDM or senior team member.

What You’ll Be Doing
Generate and qualify high-quality leads for the BDM team to support revenue growth.
Use cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking to identify and engage potential clients.
Follow up on inbound leads, assess their needs, and book them in for discovery calls.
Schedule 20+ Qualified Leads per month and book 5+ discovery calls per week for the sales team.
Identify and track key decision-makers at major construction firms.
Keeping accurate records of outreach efforts, client interactions, and feedback.
Working closely with the BDM team and CRO to refine messaging and improve conversion strategies.
Representing C-Link at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence.

What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills:
5+ years of PHP development experience, ideally with frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or custom middleware.
5+ years of React.js experience, including Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Sass.
Familiarity with API design and integration (RESTful services, OAuth, JWT authentication).
Experience working in a team leadership or mentorship role, coaching developers and sharing knowledge.

Experience with AWS services (e.g., ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFormation).
