Responsibilities
Being the public face of Kingsisle games – making sure that our community’s concerns are addressed in a timely manner, interacting with our players across multiple different channels, and providing clear messaging when important news needs to be communicated.
Taking ownership of the community roadmap and using it to plan critical community beats throughout the year.
Working with our Associate Community Manager to run community activations and providing feedback as needed.
Working closely with the Marketing team to ensure all community activations align with the wider department and studio goals.
Crafting fun, effective, and engaging social media campaigns to entertain our audience and grow our brand awareness.
Brainstorming, planning, and executing community-centric projects such as contests, surveys, and newsletters.
Managing our content creator initiatives and maintaining good relationships with our key content creators.
Running livestreams in coordination with the Marketing and Design teams.
Creating and sending out regular reports that summarize what community actions have taken place, how they have performed, and how you plan to improve future campaigns.
