Our client is looking to hire Financial Manager to join their team based in Dubai (UAE) as soon as possible.
Job Summary:
The Financial Manager will oversee all financial operations of the company, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and the effective management of financial resources. This role will involve strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support the company’s objectives. The Financial Manager will also collaborate with senior management to drive financial strategy and assist in decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and monthly variance reports.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to ensure organizational stability.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives.
Lead the annual budgeting process, including collaboration with department heads.
Coordinate with auditors during the audit process and manage financial audits.
Supervise the finance team and provide mentorship and training to associates.

Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role in a finance department.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).

Job Summary:
The Bookkeeper & Admin person will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling bookkeeping tasks, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Finance Duties:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Process invoices, payments, and expenses, ensuring timely recording and reconciliation.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer payments.
Prepare financial reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings and audits.
Maintain financial documentation and records for easy retrieval and audits.
Administrative & Office Support:
Oversee general office management, including supplies and vendor coordination.
Assist with HR administration, such as maintaining employee records and onboarding new hires.
Organize and maintain files, contracts, and confidential documents.
All company information to be kept confidential.
Support internal and external event planning.
Handle ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as assigned.
