## Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a **Content Marketing Manager** to lead content strategy for a UK-based business. Working fully remotely from South Africa, you'll create and manage content that builds brand authority, engages audiences, and supports growth objectives.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and own the content marketing strategy across blog, email, social, and video
-   Commission, write, and edit high-quality content aligned with business goals
-   Manage a content calendar and ensure consistent publishing cadence
-   Collaborate with SEO, design, and paid media teams to maximise content impact
-   Measure content performance and report on engagement and conversion metrics

### What You'll Need

-   4+ years in a content marketing or editorial role
-   Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of English
-   Experience managing content calendars and working with multiple stakeholders
-   Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress and analytics tools
-   Reliable internet and a professional home workspace

### What's on Offer

-   **Salary: R28,000 per month**
-   Full-time, permanent remote position
-   Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
