We're looking for an experienced Electronic Security Technician to install, service, and maintain CCTV, intrusion alarm, access control, and entrance control systems. This hands-on role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality service.

-   Install, program, troubleshoot, and repair CCTV, intrusion alarm, access control, and entrance control systems.
-   Install and terminate low-voltage cabling.
-   Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs and preventive maintenance.
-   Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
-   Recommend security improvements to customers.
-   Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle.
-   Participate in an on-call rotation and occasional after-hours work.

## Requirements

-   Experience installing and servicing electronic security systems.
-   TQ certified
-   Alarm Installers certificate
-   Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
-   Knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, and IP networking.
-   Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
-   Excellent customer service and communication skills.
-   Valid Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
-   Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs.).
-   Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; technical training is an asset.
-   Criminal Record Check required.
