As a PTA, your work helps patients follow through. You’re the person guiding movement, checking form, encouraging safe progress, and helping each treatment plan come to life.

This **PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Fort Lauderdale, FL** is hiring a **Physical Therapist Assistant** for a full-time role with flexible scheduling and a patient volume of **2 patients per hour**.

**Responsibilities**

-   Carry out treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
-   Help patients complete strengthening, mobility, balance, and gait activities
-   Support functional training for daily movement and return-to-activity goals
-   Observe patient response and communicate updates to the PT
-   Reinforce safe exercise technique and home program instructions
-   Document treatment sessions accurately
-   Prepare treatment areas and equipment
-   Help create a positive patient experience during each visit

## Requirements

-   Florida PTA License required
-   PTA Degree required
-   Outpatient experience preferred
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
