## Description

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a highly skilled Construction Takeoff Specialist with strong experience in painting, drywall, tile, and sheetrock takeoffs. The ideal candidate must be capable of working on residential, multifamily, and commercial projects, including **large-scale and complex plans with detailed wall assemblies**.

### Responsibilities

-   Review and interpret architectural plans, drawings, specifications, and detailed wall sections.
-   Perform accurate and detailed quantity takeoffs for painting, drywall, tile, and sheetrock scopes.
-   Analyze and work with complex plans, including wall types, assemblies, and finish schedules.
-   Utilize STACK software to complete takeoffs efficiently and accurately.
-   Work across residential, multifamily, and commercial projects, including large-scale builds.
-   Collaborate with the estimating team to ensure accuracy and meet deadlines.

## Requirements

-   Strong proven experience in construction takeoffs, specifically in painting, drywall, tile, and sheetrock.
-   Ability to confidently read and interpret complex architectural drawings, including detailed wall sections and assemblies.
-   Experience in commercial, multifamily, and residential projects is required.
-   Proficiency in STACK software (required) with the ability to work independently.
-   Ability to handle large-scale and complex projects with minimal supervision.
-   Strong understanding of wall details, materials, and finishes.
-   High attention to detail and accuracy.
-   Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
-   Excellent English communication skills
