## Description

**This role is for one of Weekday’s clients**

Min Experience: 2+ years
Location: Bengaluru
JobType: full-time

.As a Designer, you'll own the creative pipeline end-to-end — from storyboarding through production to performance review. You'll work inside structured processes: brief gates, creative calendars, variation-first thinking, and a prompt library that gets better with every campaign. This is not a role where you hand off a file and move on.

## Requirements

**What You Will Be Doing**

- Produce static and video assets across paid, organic, and in-store channels — with a minimum of two creative variants per campaign for performance testing.
- Run the storyboard process: interrogate briefs, propose multiple creative directions before any production begins, and own the handoff doc.
- Use AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, or equivalent) as a core production layer — engineering prompts, not just clicking generate.
- Maintain and build out the team's prompt library: log what worked, score by performance, iterate.
- Read creative performance data (CTR, engagement, thumb-stop, footfall signal) and feed learnings back into the next brief cycle.
- Work against a T-minus campaign calendar — gates are real, missed gates drop formats, not timelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and category teams to adapt brand guidelines into formats that work for Tier 2/3 retail audiences.

**What We'd Like to See**

- 2–4 years in a design role at a retail, ecommerce, or D2C brand — or an agency with a strong performance marketing client base. You should know what a creative brief, a creative review, and a post-campaign learning doc each look like.
- Hands-on with AI design and video tools in actual production workflows — not just aware of them. Relevant tools include Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Higgsfield, Google Flow, Fable 5, and equivalent — the specific stack matters less than having a real workflow built around them. Bonus if you've contributed to or maintained a prompt library.
- Proficiency in static and video: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Figma.
- Familiarity with performance creative concepts: CTR, thumb-stop rate, A/B creative testing, variation logic. You don't need to run the numbers — you need to understand what they're telling you about the work.
- Portfolio that includes performance creatives (ads, offer cards, Reels) alongside brand work. Show us a storyboard, a variation set, or a before/after from a prompt iteration if you have one.
