## Description

We are hiring an experienced **Fire Sprinkler Fitter** for commercial and warehouse projects in the **Fontana, CA area**. This role is best suited for someone with strong hands-on installation experience who can work independently from plans with minimal supervision.

### Responsibilities

-   Install and run **overhead steel fire sprinkler piping**
-   Install mains, branch lines, risers, drops, and sprinkler heads
-   Measure, cut, thread, groove, fit, hang, and secure steel pipe
-   Install **hangers, supports, seismic bracing, and structural bracing**
-   Read and interpret **sprinkler blueprints, shop drawings, and layouts**
-   Make field adjustments when site conditions differ from plans
-   Coordinate sprinkler piping with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other trades
-   Work safely from scissor lifts and boom lifts at heights up to **30–36 feet**
-   Follow all jobsite safety procedures and quality standards

## Requirements

-   **5–6 years of hands-on fire sprinkler fitting/install experience**
-   Strong commercial or warehouse sprinkler installation background
-   Experience working with **steel fire sprinkler pipe**
-   Must be able to **work independently from blueprints without constant supervision**
-   Experience with **sprinkler heads, mains, branch lines, hangers, and seismic bracing**
-   Comfortable working at heights and operating lifts
-   Must have basic fitter tools and PPE
-   Reliable transportation to the Fontana area
-   Strong attendance, reliability, and safety awareness
