## Description

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Italian-Speaking Fitbit Product Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a fully paid relocation package. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge health technology products and provide outstanding assistance to Fitbit users.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Italian-speaking customers, helping them resolve product-related issues, educating them about device features, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality customer support in Italian through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat
-   Troubleshoot and resolve Fitbit product issues effectively
-   Assist customers by explaining product features and usage guidelines
-   Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
-   Coordinate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
-   Maintain professional, empathetic, and clear communication with customers
-   Provide feedback to help improve products and customer service processes

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
-   Previous experience in customer support, preferably in product or technical support roles
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation support provided
-   Experience with customer support tools and CRM software is advantageous
