As a Visualization Engineer you transform complex data into clear, actionable visual insights that drive decisions. You design and build enterprise-grade dashboards, self-service reporting, and embedded analytics interfaces, translating AI model outputs, KPIs, and business metrics into compelling visual narratives. You make data understandable for everyone, from the analyst to the executive, and you make it beautiful enough that people actually use it. **What You’ll Build ** - Interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI (Desktop, Service, Embedded, Fabric) for AI use case performance monitoring, business KPIs, and executive reporting - Data visualisation layers translating AI/ML model outputs (predictions, risk scores, anomaly flags) into user-friendly interfaces for business end-users - Custom, interactive embedded analytics interfaces using React, Angular, and JavaScript where standard BI tooling is insufficient - Optimised data models and queries for dashboard performance — sub-second refresh on large banking datasets - Self-service analytics capabilities that empower business users while maintaining data governance guardrails - Row-level security, workspace governance, and data refresh schedules aligned with Piraeus Bank's security and compliance requirements - Change-ready visual materials for AI use case launches: adoption metrics dashboards, training analytics, and impact scorecards **What We Need **- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field - Min. 1 year building dashboards, reports, or custom data products — internships included - Hands-on with Power BI (Desktop, Service, Embedded) and Microsoft Fabric; Tableau a plus - Experience building custom, interactive front-end interfaces and embedded analytics with React, Angular, and JavaScript - SQL and Python (Plotly, Matplotlib, Streamlit) proficiency - Foundational knowledge of data modelling for BI (star / snowflake schema), KPI definition, and data warehousing concepts - Understanding of data storytelling, UX/UI principles, and information design / visual hierarchy - Strong analytical mindset; team-oriented; proficiency in Greek and English _Nice to have: _- Cloud platform exposure: Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake - Dashboard governance: row-level security, data refresh, SharePoint / Power Automate report distribution - Software / platform engineering: component-based architectures, REST APIs, modern front-end build tooling **What's In It For You **- Competitive salary and benefits, including but not limited to: life/health insurance, performance based bonuses, monthly vouchers, company car (depending on management level), flexible work arrangements, employee share purchase plan, parental leave and various corporate discounts - Continuous training & development through global platforms & local academy.
