## Description

We are seeking a talented **Software Development Specialist** to join a leading Ministry in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining enterprise applications while working with modern technologies such as **.NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, APIs, and databases.** This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives within a dynamic government environment.

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   4–8 years of hands-on software development experience.
-   Strong experience designing, developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications with minimal supervision.
-   Proficiency in one or more of the following technologies: **.NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL**, or equivalent development platforms.
-   Experience developing and consuming REST APIs or web services, with strong experience in system integration.
-   Experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
-   Frontend development experience using JavaScript and modern frameworks.
-   Experience working across the full software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, code reviews, quality assurance, and system enhancements.
-   Experience following coding standards and secure development practices.
-   Experience with software testing and technical documentation.
-   Experience collaborating with internal technical teams, business users, project managers, and external vendors throughout the software development life cycle.
-   Excellent technical communication and documentation skills, including the ability to communicate solutions clearly to senior stakeholders when required.
-   Experience working with UAE government entities or large enterprise organisations is an advantage.
