Next Job Abroad is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in the beautiful country of **Malta**. As a key member of our customer service team, you will assist German-speaking clients with their inquiries and ensure they have a fantastic experience while engaging with our iGaming services.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality customer support in German through live chat, email, and phone.
-   Assist customers with questions regarding their gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues.
-   Resolve customer inquiries and issues swiftly while ensuring high satisfaction levels.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
-   Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
-   Stay up-to-date with our products and best practices in customer service.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in **German** and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
-   Experience in customer service, especially in the iGaming industry or a related field.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
-   The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-   Familiarity with customer service tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
-   Willingness to relocate to **Malta** and embrace a new adventure.
