**Sales Manager**

Sales Manager career opportunity at a top location!

**$50K–$60K Base + Monthly Bonus**

We’re looking for a results-driven **Sales Manager** to lead both the **sales and finance/collections operations** of a high-performing branch. This is a leadership role for someone who can **drive revenue and develop teams** all while delivering an excellent customer experience.

### **What You’ll Get**

-   **Base Salary:** $50,000 – $60,000 (based on experience)

### **What You’ll Do**

-   Hire, train, and lead a team
-   Drive branch **sales performance** and consistently hit targets
-   Manage the **full sales cycle** and ensure strong CRM utilization
-   Oversee **underwriting decisions** and portfolio health
-   Forecast sales and performance metrics
-   Ensure high levels of **customer satisfaction and retention**
-   Maintain compliance with company policies and standards
-   Support and step in for the **Branch General Manager** as needed

### **What We’re Looking For**

-   Sales management or **leadership experience**
-   Subprime lending experience is a plus
-   Proven ability to **lead teams and hit performance targets**
-   Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
-   Customer-focused mindset
-   Comfortable using CRM systems and technology
-   Valid driver’s license

### **Schedule**

-   No Sundays
-   42–48 hours per week
-   Store Hours: **9AM–7PM (Mon–Fri), 9AM–4PM (Saturday)**
