### About the Company

Our partner is a fast-growing, seed-stage AI infrastructure startup building an end-to-end testing and observability platform for conversational AI, spanning both voice and chat agents. In under a year they have surpassed seven figures in ARR, backed by top-tier investors, and count global enterprises and Fortune 500 brands among their customers.

### The Opportunity

As a GTM Engineer, you will wire together the systems that power both inbound and outbound growth at a fast-growing AI infrastructure startup. This is a deeply AI-native role, you will use modern tooling to automate and connect the go-to-market stack, and serve as the in-house SEO and GEO specialist.

You will work directly with the founders in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment, with room to shape how the company scales its go-to-market engine.

### Responsibilities

-   Build and connect the systems that drive inbound and outbound go-to-market motions.
-   Own SEO and GEO strategy and execution as an in-house specialist.
-   Automate go-to-market workflows using AI-native tooling.
-   Run experiments across channels to improve pipeline efficiency.
-   Support the broader GTM team with technical solutions.

### Requirements

-   Strong GTM engineering background with deep AI-native fluency, including modern AI coding tools.
-   SEO and GEO experience, ideally as a specialist from a GEO-focused company.
-   Ability to wire systems together across the go-to-market stack.
-   Versatile and able to take on adjacent responsibilities.
-   Startup experience preferred, with comfort in a fast-paced environment.
-   Able to work onsite in San Francisco five days per week.
