## Description

**Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre Gloucester London** is seeking a **Bar and Breakfast Team Leader** who will be responsible for professionally Supervise all food and beverage outlets including SW7, Room service, Humphrey’s Bar and M&E space to ensure company standards and guest satisfaction. Ensuring that customer needs are exceeded in all areas of F&B, including Meetings and Events, Bar, Room service and Restaurant.

## Requirements

**Groups Reservations Executive Key Responsibilities will include:**

-   To maintain high levels of punctuality, and correct uniform standards of team members facilitating any amendments or replacements of uniform that need to be made.
-   To divide duties and tasks among team day-to-day, in all outlets and meeting & events.
-   To check food, beverage and any other relevant requisitions have been picked up and processed in line with hotel policy and procedure.
-   To train staff up to the expected hotel service and health and safety standards, making sure standard is consistently high and always demonstrated.
-   To motivate and praising staff to maintain high levels of motivation and engagement.
-   To manage complaints to complete end, maximising excellent customer service throughout the resolution process.

**Requirements**

The Experience & Qualifications for Bar and Breakfast Team Leader:

-   Responsible for understanding and adhering to the Company’s Daily Habits as defined employee induction.
-     Responsible for completing and being compliant with all relevant training; including Company policies and procedures, Health & Safety, Fire, COSHH, Food Safety and Licensing, whether via the Company e-learning system or by other means.
-   Establish and promote good internal relationships within your department, Hotel or Support Office, ensuring that we treat our customers and colleagues with care and consideration.
