### **Service Hero is Hiring a Plumbing Service Technician!**

**Location:** Mission Hills, CA  
**Schedule:** Full-Time (with On-Call Rotation)  
**Pay Rate:** $75,000 – $150,000/year  
**Employment Type:** Full-Time

### **Overview**

Service Hero is seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team in Mission Hills, CA. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with hands-on service experience who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, and delivering high-quality plumbing solutions.

You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while providing excellent customer service and driving revenue through accurate recommendations and estimates.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Diagnose plumbing issues and perform service and repairs on residential and commercial systems
-   Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water, drain, and gas systems
-   Provide clear estimates and explain repair or replacement options to customers
-   Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company policies
-   Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
-   Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in excellent condition
-   Participate in on-call rotation and respond to service requests as needed
-   Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment

## Requirements

-   Must have **1+ year of service plumbing experience**
-   Must live **within 30 miles of the shop (Mission Hills, CA)**
-   Must have **own hand tools**
-   Driving record with **no more than 2 driving tickets**
-   Must **not have a DUI on record**
-   Valid driver’s license required
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-   Ability to communicate effectively with customers
-   Ability to work weekends and on-call shifts
