As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients through various communication channels, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide exemplary support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
-   Address client inquiries and provide solutions regarding our products and services
-   Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
-   Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues that arise
-   Educate clients on the latest product features and benefits
-   Gather and relay customer feedback for continuous service improvement
-   Engage in ongoing training to remain knowledgeable about product updates

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
-   Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a busy environment
-   Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
-   Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering quality service
