## Description

**Electrical Assembly Technician (Temp-to-Hire)**  
**Location:** Orlando, FL (Boggee Creek Road Area)

**Pay:** $25-$30/ hour  
**Job is locally based but some travel may be required.**  
**Shift:** M-F 7am-4pm (40-50 Hours per week)  
  
Seeking an electrical technician to provide functional support and design assistance for the Engineering team with an emphasis on:

-   Review and understanding of System design drawings, Electrical Connection diagrams, one-lines, P&ID’s and Electrical Panel Layout drawings.
-   Modification, Layout, Wiring, Installation, and Testing of Industrial Panels and Systems.
-   Electrical Testing and validation of panel wiring.

**Duties**

-   Perform daily Job Safety Assessments (JSAs) for all shop and field work.
-   Wiring and termination of control panels in TTS Panel Shop and in the field.
-   Red-line of Electrical drawings for as-builts.
-   Drilling, tapping, and enclosure metal work cutouts and modifications.
-   Proactively close all open items pertaining to the electrical scope as fast as possible.
-   Perform panel modifications such as holes and cutouts using hand tools.

## Requirements

-   Working understanding of industrial codes, including NEC, UL 508A CE, CSA, ISA, and OSHA.
-   Wiring, Installation, and Testing of Industrial Electrical and Control Systems.
-   Electrical process design including specification and selection of: Electrical and Control components, Low Voltage Power distribution (480 VAC/120 VAC) and process control instrumentation.
-   Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment.
-   Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
-   Installation and wiring of Power Distribution, Motor Controls, MCC’s, and VFD’s.
-   Familiarity with spreadsheets and wire label creation.
-   Familiarity and ability to read/understand Piping and Instrument Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams, Electrical Schematics, and Control Logic Diagrams.
-   Familiarity and ability to use test equipment including: DMMs, Process Calibrators, HART Communicators, insulation testers, and temperature calibrators.
