## Description

**United Concrete Products** is seeking a skilled and dependable **Licensed P2 Plumber** to join our **Building Group Division**. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting plumbing systems related to the production of **prefabricated precast concrete buildings**.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Install and assemble plumbing systems within prefabricated precast concrete building structures
-   Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation
-   Coordinate plumbing layout and rough-in work during the production process
-   Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems as needed
-   Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet project specifications and deadlines
-   Ensure all work complies with Connecticut plumbing codes and applicable regulations
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-   Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards

## Requirements

-   Valid **Connecticut P2 Plumbing License (Journeyman)** required
-   3+ years of plumbing experience (commercial, industrial, or prefab/modular construction preferred)
-   Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schematics
-   Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and installation practices
-   Experience with prefabrication or modular construction is a plus
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-   Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
-   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-   Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in a production/manufacturing environment
-   Comfortable working both indoors and in varying shop conditions
