### Responsibilities

-   Assist French-speaking customers with inquiries related to fashion products, orders, and returns through various communication methods.
-   Deliver personalized styling advice and product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
-   Efficiently resolve customer issues and inquiries, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
-   Accurately document customer interactions for effective follow-up and service improvement.
-   Collaborate with team members to stay informed about product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
-   Gather and analyze customer feedback to help enhance the service experience and product offerings.
-   Keep upto date with the latest fashion trends and brand updates to provide informed support to customers.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion retail sector.
-   Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for fashion.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-   A keen understanding of fashion trends and market dynamics.
-   Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office tools.
