## Description

Ninja is excited to offer a Talent Acquisition position under the Tamheer program, designed to provide fresh graduates with practical experience and professional development in HR and recruitment. As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will support the recruitment process by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding activities while learning from experienced HR professionals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Assist in posting job openings and screening candidate applications.
-   Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
-   Support onboarding activities for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
-   Participate in employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
-   Maintain accurate candidate records and HR databases.
-   Collaborate with the HR team on various recruitment projects and tasks.

## Requirements

-   Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-   Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR practices.
-   Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
-   Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
