## Description

Electrical Project Manager  
  
Salary Range:  
\- $5000-$7000  
  
Benefits:  
\- 0-20% performance related pay (PRP) per month  
\- 2% medical pay per month  
\- 5.5 working days per week  
  
Job Description:  
\- Ensure projects are carried out on time, within budget, and with excellent quality.  
\- Oversee construction activities on site, including any changes to works, and check drawings to ensure the design can be implemented effectively.  
\- Manage, coordinate, implement, execute, control, and complete specific projects.  
\- Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes, and drawings are properly documented.  
\- Serve as the main point of contact; attend meetings at site, with clients, project teams, and relevant authorities.  
\- Responsible for site supervision and implementation.  
\- Monitor project costing, budget, claims, and schedule.  
\- Manage and lead a project team to ensure site progress aligns with the project schedule.  
\- Ensure Environment, Safety, and Health practices are always adhered to.  
  
Job Requirements:  
\- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.  
\- Familiarity with AutoCAD.  
\- At least 2 years of relevant experience working as a Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager in an electrical construction environment.  
\- Electrical experience at sub-contractors is preferred.
