**Position Overview:**

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Psychologist for a hybrid position in a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY. This role offers competitive compensation with bonus and incentive potential, and the opportunity to provide culturally competent mental health services to a diverse patient population.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Provide comprehensive psychological evaluations and ongoing therapy to patients.
-   Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions.
-   Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities.
-   Conduct hybrid sessions, including both in-person and telehealth appointments.
-   Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other specialists within the multi-specialty practice.
-   Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
-   Provide culturally competent care to patients.

## Requirements

-   **Education:** PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited program.
-   **Licensure:** Active New York State License (Required).
-   **Certification:** Board Certified or Board Eligible.
-   **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in psychological assessment, diagnosis, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and treatment planning. Comfort with hybrid/telehealth modalities.
-   **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication skills, cultural competence, empathy, strong clinical judgment, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
