Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is delighted to announce an excellent opportunity for a Norwegian Digital Trust & Safety Analyst to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a fully paid relocation package.

As a Digital Trust & Safety Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and integrity of our digital platforms by monitoring user-generated content, identifying risks, and enforcing compliance with trust and safety policies. Fluency in Norwegian will allow you to proficiently manage communications and support for our Norwegian-speaking user community.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor user activities and content to ensure compliance with digital safety policies.
-   Analyze potential threats and take appropriate action to maintain platform safety.
-   Respond effectively to user reports and safety concerns raised by the community.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to develop and enhance trust and safety protocols.
-   Provide detailed reporting and insights on trust and safety trends to stakeholders.
-   Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging issues in digital safety.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential. Please clearly state your native language and nationality in your CV and/or cover letter.
-   Previous experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or equivalent roles.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent communication skills with a focus on user safety and support.
-   Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation support provided.
-   Capacity to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving digital trust and safety landscape.
