We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Product Development Executive** to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career to gain hands-on experience across the full product development lifecycle within a fast-paced, international environment.

You will support the development of new products from concept through to market launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, and Operations.

## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Assist in managing the product development lifecycle from ideation to commercialisation
-   Support market research activities to identify consumer needs, trends, and opportunities
-   Collaborate with internal teams to help translate market insights into product concepts
-   Assist in maintaining product specifications, including formulation and packaging requirements
-   Support coordination of product testing phases (stability, efficacy, and consumer testing)
-   Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory and quality standards
-   Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
-   Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to support innovation initiatives
-   Provide administrative and coordination support across product development projects

### **Requirements**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field
-   0–2 years of experience in product development, R&D, or a related field (internships included)
-   Strong interest in product development within pharmaceutical or personal care industries
-   Good organisational and time management skills
-   Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
-   Basic understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements is an advantage
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is a plus
-   Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
-   Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
-   Must have the right to live and work in Malta
