**Location:** Lima, Ohio 45801

Commonwealth Medical Services is seeking a dedicated **Endocrinologist** to join our growing specialty practice in Lima, Ohio. This position offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive care for patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders while working within a collaborative healthcare system committed to clinical excellence. The physician will manage a diverse patient population with conditions including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal disorders, pituitary disorders, and other endocrine conditions.

**Responsibilities**

-   Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based medicine.
-   Manage patients with diabetes through medication management, technology, and lifestyle interventions.
-   Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialty providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
-   Educate patients regarding disease management, medications, nutrition, and preventive health.
-   Maintain complete and accurate medical documentation.
-   Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education.

## Requirements

-   MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
-   Fellowship training in Endocrinology.
-   Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
-   Eligible for unrestricted Ohio medical licensure.
-   Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
-   Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
