We’re hiring a skilled and execution-focused **WordPress Developer** to build, optimize, and maintain modern, high-performing WordPress websites.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both:  
✅ Technical WordPress development  
✅ User experience & website performance

You’ll work on:

-   SEO improvements

while collaborating closely with marketing, design, and content teams.

### **🔥 What You’ll Own**

### **WordPress Website Development**

-   Build and customize WordPress websites using:

-   Elementor
-   Divi
-   WPBakery
-   custom themes

-   Develop and maintain:

-   landing pages
-   blogs
-   marketing websites
-   business websites
-   WooCommerce stores

-   Create reusable templates and scalable page structures
-   Modify and maintain child themes for long-term scalability

### **Frontend Development & UX**

-   Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs into responsive WordPress pages
-   Ensure:

-   mobile responsiveness
-   cross-browser compatibility
-   accessibility best practices

-   Build clean, visually polished layouts optimized for conversion and engagement
-   Improve user experience and site usability across devices

### **Performance Optimization & SEO**

-   Improve Core Web Vitals and page speed performance
-   Optimize:

-   caching
-   lazy loading
-   image compression
-   minification
-   CDN integrations

-   Run audits using:

-   Google Lighthouse
-   GTmetrix
-   PageSpeed Insights

-   Support SEO best practices with:

-   Yoast SEO
-   Rank Math
-   schema implementation
-   metadata optimization

### **Plugin Development & Integrations**

-   Install, configure, and customize plugins including:

-   WooCommerce
-   Yoast SEO
-   Contact Form 7
-   Elementor Pro
-   membership plugins

-   Extend plugin functionality using PHP when needed
-   Troubleshoot plugin conflicts and compatibility issues

### **Security & Maintenance**

-   Apply WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates
-   Harden website security using:

-   Wordfence
-   Sucuri
-   iThemes Security

-   Configure:

-   backups
-   staging environments
-   disaster recovery systems

-   Monitor uptime and troubleshoot technical issues proactively

### **Collaboration & Support**

-   Work with:

-   marketing teams
-   designers
-   content managers
-   developers

-   Support campaign launches and website updates
-   Troubleshoot bugs and provide CMS support for non-technical users
-   Document updates and maintain organized development workflows

-   2+ years of WordPress development experience
-   Strong proficiency with:

-   Hands-on experience with:

-   Experience managing hosting environments including:

-   WP Engine
-   SiteGround
-   Kinsta
