## Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team **in PLANO AND neighboring cities in Texas**. The ideal candidates will have experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans.

## Requirements

\- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

\- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred

\- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities

\- Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred

\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

\- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

\- Strong organizational and time-management skills

\- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes or community settings as needed
