## Description

Primary responsibilities will be to plan, produce, and iterate high-performing Meta ad creative (Facebook and Instagram) for the agency's clients using a modern AI-assisted production stack. You will work closely with strategists and media buyers to ship a high volume of static, video, and UGC-style ads, then iterate fast based on performance data to drive lower CPAs and higher ROAS.  

**Key Responsibilities  
**

-   Produce high-volume Meta ad creative across static images, carousels, short-form video, and UGC-style ads for Facebook and Instagram
-   Write scroll-stopping hooks, ad copy, and primary text variations tailored to each client's offer, audience, and funnel stage
-   Use generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Sora, Runway, ElevenLabs, Veo, Higgsfield, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) to ideate and produce ad concepts at speed
-   Edit and remix raw footage, stock, and AI-generated assets into polished ad units using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent
-   Batch out multiple creative variations per concept (hook, visual, CTA) for systematic A/B and multivariate testing
-   Work directly with the media buying team to review ad performance (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, thumbstop, hold rate) and iterate winning angles
-   Maintain swipe files, prompt libraries, and creative templates organised by client and offer type
-   Ensure every ad meets Meta ad policies, brand guidelines, and disclosure requirements

## Requirements

-   Previous experience producing paid social creative, ideally Meta ads (agency or in-house performance marketing background preferred)
-   Demonstrated fluency with generative AI tools for image, video, audio, and copy production, with a portfolio that shows real ad output, not just experiments
-   Strong direct-response copywriting instincts, particularly hooks, angles, and CTAs
-   Solid grasp of short-form video editing and platform-native specs for Facebook and Instagram (Feed, Reels, Stories)
-   Understanding of Meta ad structure, performance metrics, and the creative testing process Sharp eye for design, composition, and visual hierarchy
-   Comfortable with prompt engineering, iteration, and quality-controlling AI output to a professional standard
-   Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to ship high creative volume across multiple client accounts
-   Strong written and verbal English communication
-   Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent, CapCut or Premiere Pro, and project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, or similar)
-   Stable work-from-home setup (reliable internet, laptop or desktop capable of handling video editing, quiet workspace)
