## Description

About the Workforce Intelligence Lab (WIL)

WIL partners with educators and institutions to build water-sector career awareness and education pathways for elementary, secondary, and postsecondary students. This is a collaboration track. Full-time employment or a project-based contract may be used when a joint award calls for it.

We engage experienced practitioners for both full-time employment and project-based contract roles, as applicable to the award and staffing model. Engagements are remote-first with travel as required for partner and field sites. We build ready teams for live grant and sponsored-research pursuits.

This opportunity is contingent upon grant or sponsored-project award and final staffing approval. Permission will be requested before including a candidate's name or resume in a proposal or funding package.

WIL is seeking education partners who can co-develop curriculum exposure, career exploration, dual-enrollment or bridge experiences, or student work-based learning tied to water careers.

What you'll do

Represent a school district, community college, university, or education nonprofit with water-career programming capacity
Co-design education activities such as modules, camps, career days, dual credit, or lab experiences
Identify student populations and delivery geography
Support partnership documentation for joint education and workforce proposals when agreed
Advise on learning outcomes and measurement appropriate to education settings
