## Description

This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing talent function within a business focused on sustainable impact. You will support hiring activities that help teams attract and engage talent, while working closely with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

### Responsibilities

-   Support job posting across recruitment platforms and track incoming applications.
-   Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
-   Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
-   Assist with employer branding activities and campus recruitment events.
-   Provide timely communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
-   Ad-hoc support.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   Eligible to work in Malaysia.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
-   Prior hands-on exposure to recruiting activities such as resume screening, interview coordination, campus hiring, or similar talent acquisition support.
-   Familiarity with recruiting tools or systems, including applicant tracking systems, job posting platforms, or spreadsheet-based tracking.
-   Familiarity with recruitment, employer branding, and broader talent acquisition processes.
-   Exposure to employer branding or campus recruitment activities such as career fairs, university outreach, or internship hiring campaigns.
