## Description

Location: Singapore (open to Singaporeans/PR holders)

Key Responsibilities

\- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB)

\- Configure workflows, UI‑pages, and business rules using ServiceNow platform tools

\- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

\- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and provide L2 support

\- Document configurations and ensure knowledge transfer

Required Experience

\- 2–3 years hands‑on ServiceNow development (London/Paris/Queensland releases preferred)

\- Strong JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs

\- Experience with integration (REST, SOAP) and reporting tools

\- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred

\- ServiceNow Certified Developer (or equivalent)

\- Prior exposure to ITIL processes
