## Reception + Retail Associate – Oshawa Centre

**Location:** Tommy Gun’s Original Barbershop | Oshawa Centre, Oshawa  
**Position:** Guest Services  
**Work Term:** Full-time  
**Wage:** $18/hour to start

_Flexible availability required: weekdays, weekends, and evening shifts._

Tommy Gun’s Original Barbershop Oshawa Centre is looking for a friendly, organized Reception + Retail Associate to join our team.

You'll welcome every guest, keep the shop running smoothly, and help create the experience that makes a great haircut feel even better.

### What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with at least 1 year of customer service experience and:

-   Exceptional customer service skills
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including answering emails and phone calls, managing service queues, and supporting your team
-   Strong time-management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
-   Familiarity with visual merchandising and product inventory (an asset)
-   Experience in a salon, barbershop, or spa (a bonus)
-   An outgoing and fun personality
