The company emphasizes skilled craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering quality results tailored to each customer’s needs.

**Position Summary:** The Production Manager will oversee all shop operations — from scheduling and job assignment through final quality control and delivery — ensuring that every repair, paint job, wrap, or customization meets Xclusive’s high standards, while maintaining efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

· Manage and schedule all incoming jobs: collision repairs, paint jobs, wrap installations, restorations, custom work — based on estimates and customer approvals.

· Assign tasks to technicians/teams appropriately based on their specialties (body work, paint, wrap, restoration, custom accessories).

· Supervise the work in progress; coordinate between departments (estimator, customer service, technicians, finishers) to ensure work flows smoothly and deadlines are met.

· Monitor quality control: inspect completed work for adherence to shop standards, safety protocols, paint/wrap finish quality, structural integrity, and customer expectations.

· Manage resources: technician staffing, materials (paint, wrap film, parts, finishing supplies), shop equipment, workspace scheduling to optimize throughput without compromising quality.

· Communicate with customers (or customer service/estimator) as needed regarding job status, timeline changes, special requests, or potential issues.

· Enforce safety, shop standards, cleanliness, and ensure compliance with any relevant regulations for painting, wrapping, or collision repairs.

· Mentor and train technicians/staff as needed to uphold quality, workmanship, and customer service standards.

## Requirements

· Prior experience in auto-body, collision repair, painting, wraps, and/or customization with a strong understanding of repair, paint and wrap processes.

· Demonstrated leadership and management skills — ability to coordinate multiple jobs, manage teams, and ensure quality control.

· Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills.

· Attention to detail, commitment to craftsmanship and safety, and ability to maintain high quality under time constraints.

· Good judgment in estimating time, resources, and sequencing of different types of work (body, paint, wrap, restoration).

Must be bilingual/Spanish speaking

## Benefits

· Competitive pay based on experience and leadership

· Paid holidays, paid time off, and paid sick days

· Opportunity to lead and grow within a full-service shop offering collision repair, paint, wraps, restorations and custom work — broad industry experience and skill development

· Experience managing a diversified shop with heavy emphasis on quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction
