## Description

**Position:** Technical Project Manager

**Location:** Remote (South Africa) - US Working Hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST)

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

**Salary:** Paid in South African Rand (ZAR)

We are seeking an experienced **Technical Project Manager** with strong **GoHighLevel (GHL)** and CRM implementation knowledge. This role will act as the bridge between clients and the internal development team, ensuring client requirements are accurately translated into functional CRM solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Meet with clients to understand their workflows, processes, and CRM requirements.
-   Document and communicate project requirements to the internal CRM build team.
-   Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
-   Ensure CRM solutions are implemented according to client specifications.
-   Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

## Requirements

**Key Requirements:**

-   Proven experience with **GoHighLevel (GHL)** and CRM systems.
-   Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automations, and business processes.
-   Ability to gather detailed client requirements and document workflows clearly.
-   Experience translating business needs into technical specifications for implementation teams.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-   Highly organized with strong project coordination and problem-solving abilities.
