**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)**

**Location:** Arizona  
**Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Job Summary**

We’re hiring an Arizona Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a remote role focused on practical, client-centered care. You’ll provide virtual therapy to people navigating anxiety, grief, family stress, relationship issues, and major life changes, helping them build skills they can use in everyday life.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide telehealth therapy sessions
-   Assess client needs and create care plans
-   Support clients with conflict, stress, grief, and life transitions
-   Use appropriate therapy methods based on client goals
-   Complete required documentation on time
-   Follow privacy and state licensing guidelines

## Requirements

-   Active and unrestricted Arizona LMFT license
-   Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
-   Experience with individuals, couples, or families
-   Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
-   Comfortable with remote care tools
