## Description

**Your responsibilities as Manager for leading IT Transformation:**

-   **Managing IT projects:** Managing and coordinating optimization projects within the SimCorp Dimension environment in complex application landscapes.
-   **Developing and implementing cloud business cases:** Conducting strategic assessments and business cases based on the total cost of ownership to support decision-making for our clients’ management.
-   **Agile & Traditional Project Management:** Operational management of projects, monitoring of milestones and project deliverables. Conducting SteerCo meetings with our clients’ C-level management.
-   **SLA & Vendor Management:** Facilitating and coordinating SLA negotiations between our clients and external vendors.
-   **AI :** Support in analyzing and developing AI-powered use cases for our customers.
-   **Target operating model:** Facilitation of the Transformation of ITIL Processes in Incident and Change Management.
-   **Regulatory transformation:** Leading international, multicultural project teams in IT change projects whilst complying with strict regulatory and operational frameworks.
-   **Leading IT transformation:** Responsibility for the ramp-up and migration of complex asset management systems (in particular SimCorp Dimension) from on-premises or IaaS infrastructures to SaaS environments.

## Requirements

-   **Substantial seniority:** Many years’ demonstrable experience as a manager, IT project manager or senior business analyst, preferred with experience in the banking, asset management or financial sector.
-   **SCD expertise:** Expertise in the SimCorp Dimension environment, ideally underpinned by relevant certifications.
-   **Cloud & Operating Models:** A demonstrable track record in managing IT transition projects and the transformation of IT operating models.
-   **Methodology & Tool Proficiency:** You have knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies and have multiple years of practical experience in Jira, Confluence or DevOps.
-   **Technical Foundation:** You have an understanding of IT architectures, change management and technical solution design. You have knowledge of MS Azure, SimCorp Dimension, IT security and general cloud expertise.
-   **Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills:** You present yourself confidently to clients and can professionally bridge the gap between business and IT. You have experience in facilitating workshops with a variety of stakeholders and can present your arguments eloquently. You handle communication with project sponsors and our clients’ management with confidence and professionalism.

-   **Languages:** You are fluent in English and can use the language confidently in a business context. Knowledge of German would be a plus.
